Multicultural Outreach: Lauched Philadelphia Orchestra's"Cultural Diversity Initiative" resulting in increased representation of the ethnic and cultural diversity in all aspects of the organization (board, staff, volunteers, audiences, etc.) Coordinated the formation of a 22-member advisory council to assist in the design and implementation of the outreach program.
